When checking out, there are some questions that you will be prompted to answer to help us ensure an easy rental process.
- What time of day will you arrive?
- Midnight to 9:00AM
- 9:00AM to 5:00PM
- 5:00PM to Midnight
- Name of resort? (e.g. Winter Park)
- Sizing Notes (e.g. Size L Tall)
- Additional Travel Information (e.g. leave bags at property management office)
- For Customers Picking up In-Store (select during or outside of business hours)
If you are visiting Colorado, it is possible you may have all of these options available to you. Our store is a half‑mile east of Genesee Park Exit (exit 254). We are conveniently located about 45 minutes west of the Denver Airport on the way to most of Colorado’s resorts 24969 US Highway 40 in Golden, CO.
You may pick up or drop off your gear anytime of day at our store. We would prefer all customers that have the opportunity to try on their gear to arrive during business hours and give themselves 15–45 minutes depending on the size of your group. We have a lockbox that will have your gear prepared in Mountain Threads duffel bags for pickups outside of business hours and a dropbox for drop‑offs outside of business hours.
Please call if you are using a different method to return your rentals than how you received them.
