By completing this order, you agree to return the equipment prior to the expiration of the rental period, or to pay the additional rental fees. By completing this order, you accept responsibility for damage, theft or loss of the clothing/equipment and will be charged the replacement value for any lost or damaged items. For an additional charge, we offer a damage waiver to cover your financial responsibility for damage to the rentals. The purchase of a damage waiver is optional and may be declined. Cancellation may be made with 48 hours notice by calling (303) 993-2474. With less than 48 hours notice, customer will be responsible for delivery fees and first day's rental. Please note that we are unable to refund for incorrect sizing. I understand and consent to the use of the credit card provided for both the initial payment, due at time of booking, and any balance due as noted in this agreement.
